23 April 2026 Digitalbox plc ("Digitalbox" or the "Company")   Directorate Change Digitalbox plc, (AIM:DBOX) the mobile-first digital media business, which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke and The Tab, announces that Claire Blunt, Non-Executive Director, has resigned and will step down from the Board at the end of April 2026 to focus on her role as CFO & COO of Steven.com. Claire joined the Digitalbox Board in October 2024 and served as the Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee during her tenure. Marcus Rich, Non-Executive Chairman, Digitalbox, commented: "I would like to thank Claire for her significant contribution to Digitalbox during her time on the Board.  She has been a very important member of the Board and while we are sorry to see her step down, we fully understand her decision to focus on her executive responsibilities.
