3 March 2026 Kier Group plc Directorate changes   Kier Group plc ('Kier') announces that Margaret Hassall will retire from the Kier Board as a Non-Executive Director and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 29 May 2026. Anne Baldock, who joined Kier as a Non-Executive Director in July 2025, will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 30 May 2026.
