Legal & General Group Plc Stock Exchange Release   Legal & General Group Plc Board changes   Legal & General Group Plc ('L&G') today announces that after six years of service, Ric Lewis has decided to retire from the Board and will stand down as a Non-Executive Director on 18 May 2026. In addition, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Wheway as Chair of the Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee with effect from 21 May 2026. This announcement has been made in accordance with 6.4.6(2)R and 6.4.6(3)R of the UK Listing Rules.
