Babcock International announces the appointment of Harry Holt as Director and CEO Babcock International Group, the defence company, today announces that, further to its announcement dated 23 January 2026 of David Lockwood's retirement and the succession of Harry Holt as the Company's CEO, the Board has confirmed the appointment of Harry Holt as a Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from 31 July 2026.
