Tamsin will also join the Remuneration and Audit Committees from the same date. During her executive career, Tamsin served as Chief Executive Officer of Findmypast, Managing Director at TUI Group, Head of E-commerce at Betfair, and previously held marketing, product and commercial roles at Microsoft and Amazon. Tamsin is currently a Non-Executive Director at The Gym Group plc, where she Chairs the Remuneration and Sustainability Committees, Auction Technology Group plc, where she also Chairs the Remuneration Committee, and INTO University Partnerships. The Company also announces that Neil Rimer will step down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 30 September 2026. This follows Neil's decision, announced last year, to step down as part of the planned evolution of the Board to support Funding Circle's next phase of growth.
