30 June 2026 MYCELX TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION ("MYCELX" or the "Company") Directorate Change MYCELX Technologies Corporation (AIM: MYX), a leading provider of proprietary water treatment technology to the Oil and Gas and other industries worldwide, today announces that Gareth Kaminski-Cook has informed the Board of his decision to step down as Chair and Director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2026. Mr. Kaminski- Cook is looking to reduce work commitments and believes that the timing is right, given the Company's growing momentum in the execution of its growth strategy and the significant progress made in strengthening the Group's operational and commercial position. The Board confirms that Tom Lamb, currently Senior Independent Director of the Company and previously Chair of MYCELX during the period 7 July 2021 to 23 September 2025, will assume the role of Interim Chair from 1 August 2026. Mr Lamb's extensive knowledge of the Company, its markets and stakeholders will provide continuity and stability whilst the Board undertakes a process to find and appoint a permanent Chair.
