Halma plc announced that Jo Harlow will step down as a Director at the Annual General Meeting on July 23, 2026, after a nine-year tenure. Following this, Sharmila Nebhrajani OBE will assume the role of Senior Independent Director, and Giles Kerr will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
