Compass Group PLC (the Company) announces that Liat Ben-Zur has advised that she will not seek re-election at the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 February 2027 (the Meeting) and will retire following the conclusion of the Meeting, in order to focus on her private business interests which are mainly US based.
