Death of Non-Executive Director
It is with deep sadness that the Company's Directors announce that Karen McClellan, a non-executive Director of the Company, has passed away.
Richard Horlick, Chair, on behalf of the Board and the Manager commented:
"It is with great sadness that we learned overnight of the passing of Karen. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of working with her. Karen was an accomplished lecturer and highly respected business professional in the field of carbon policy, clean infrastructure finance and zero-carbon technologies, who made insightful and expert contributions to our Board's deliberations. She leaves a significant legacy in business and service to academia, particularly at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Our condolences go to Karen's family during this very difficult and sad time."
