Fragrant Prosperity Holdings Limited ("FPP" or the "Company") announces that Richard Samuel has resigned from his role as Non-Executive Director from the Board of Directors with immediate effect in order to focus his time on other business interests.
The Board would like to thank Richard for his years of service and wish him every success for his future endeavours.
