Director change
Wilmington plc, (LSE: WIL, 'Wilmington' or 'the Group') the provider of data, information, education and training services in the global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) markets, today announces that Sophie Tomkins, non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee, has informed the board that she will stand down from the board at the AGM on November 18 2026 to focus on her other board appointments. Christoher Humphrey will become chair of the Audit Committee on November 18 2026.
