Amendment to previous announcement
It was announced on 22 December 2000 that Sarah Carter, a director of Harrier
Group plc, was issued 250,000 options over Harrier ordinary shares. This
number was incorrect. The actual number of options granted to Ms Carter on
this date was 50,000. Subsequent to this grant, Sarah Carter has options over
a total of 180,550 ordinary shares in Harrier Group plc.
