Director Shareholding
The Company received notification on 15 April 2005 that Mr J. G. Murray,
Chairman of the Company, is interested in 14,222,214 ordinary shares
representing 98.23% of the issued ordinary share capital.
Mr J. G. Murray's previous holding was notified as 14,232,214 ordinary shares
representing 98.24% of the issued ordinary share capital. The announcement today
is to correct this figure and is not as a result of any transactions in the
Company's shares by Mr J.G Murray.
