Netcentric Systems plc announces that, on 15 March 2001, it was advised that
Mr Keith Alexander Garrett, a Director and Chief Technical Officer of the
Company, on 15 March 2001 purchased 2,750 (0.00097%) ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 4.65 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr.
Garrett's total interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
11,883,937, representing 4.20%.
The shareholdings above refer to the Company's issued ordinary share capital
of 5 pence per share.
