2 July 2026 Baltic Classifieds Group PLC (the "Company") Director role changes In accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R (3), the Company announces the following changes to the roles and responsibilities of its directors, with effect from 2 July 2026. Ed Williams has stepped down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and will continue to serve as a member of the Committee. Rūta Armonė has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Rūta is an existing Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and member of the Remuneration Committee. The Board believes this transition supports orderly succession planning while maintaining continuity of experience, knowledge and oversight. The Board thanks Ed Williams for his leadership of the Remuneration Committee since the Company's IPO in 2021 and is pleased that the Committee will continue to benefit from his experience as a member.
