The board of directors has accepted it. Mr. Eriksen has resigned as Chairman and CEO of ZeUPay AS and as a director of ZeUPay Inc. All other directors and officers of these entities have also resigned. Mr. Eriksen has also resigned as a director of ZeU Technologies, Inc. The director’s position on ZeU Technologies, Inc.'s board will remain vacant to be available for candidates proposed in connection with the ongoing acquisitions and restructuring discussions.
