2 June 2025 Gelion plc ("Gelion" or the "Company") Director Holdings Gelion (AIM: GELN), the global energy storage innovator, announces that due to an administrative error, the total number of ordinary shares held by Michael Davie, Non-Executive Director, announced on 6 May 2025 was understated by 18,548 ordinary shares. As at the date of this announcement, Michael Davie is interested in a total of 1,495,577 ordinary shares representing 0.85 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. All other details from the announcement made by the Company on 6 May 2025 remain unchanged.
