Barclays PLC and Barclays Bank PLC announced a board committee change effective June 2, 2026, with Julia Wilson assuming the role of Chair of the Barclays Bank PLC Remuneration Committee, in addition to her existing responsibilities. Wilson has been a member of this committee and the Barclays PLC Remuneration Committee since July 2023.
