following:
Between 1998 and 2001 Mr Wilks served as a Director of Whitmuir Limited.
The Company confirms that no other details in respect of the appointment of the
Directors referred to above are required to be disclosed under Paragraphs 16.4
and 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the UKLA Listing Rules.
