26 July 2024 Volex plc ("Volex", the "Company" or the "Group") Director declaration Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, has entered into an agreement to be appointed to the Board of Directors of Tennor Holding B.V., a global investment holding company as Chairman. His appointment is expected to be finalised in the coming months.
