Further to the announcement made on 24 June 2005 concerning the appointment of
Pippa Latham as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1
September 2005, James Latham plc announces that Philippa Anne Joan Latham, aged
45, is a director of James Latham Trustee Limited and that there are no further
matters to be disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
