In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R(2), Unilever PLC (the "Company") announces that Zoe Yujnovich, non-executive director of the Company, will join the board of National Grid plc as Chief Executive Designate on 1 September 2025 and will be appointed Chief Executive on 17 November 2025.
