As required by UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R, NewRiver notifies the market that Lynn Fordham, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of CSG N.V. with immediate effect. CSG N.V. commenced trading on Euronext in Amsterdam on 23 January 2026.
