10 July 2023 Persimmon plc (the "Company") Director Declaration Persimmon Plc announces that Annemarie Durbin, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed Chair Designate of the Yorkshire Building Society and is expected to take up this role by the end of the year. The Company has also been notified that Annemarie Durbin will relinquish her roles as director of Santander UK plc and of Cater Allen Limited at the same time, to take up her new role.
