Centrica plc announced that Nathan Bostock, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as Chair designate of Jupiter Fund Management plc, effective March 1, 2026, and as Chair from April 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Bostock will continue his roles at Centrica until at least the end of July 2026, with his current responsibilities remaining unchanged. 19 November 2025 Centrica plc ('Centrica' or 'the Company') Director Declaration In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9, Centrica notes that Jupiter Fund Management plc ('Jupiter') has today announced that Nathan Bostock, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Centrica, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chair designate of Jupiter with effect from 1 March 2026 and will take on the role of Chair of Jupiter, subject to regulatory approval, with effect from 1 April 2026 . Nathan will continue to serve on the Centrica Board and as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee until no later than the end of July 2026 (subject to re-election at Centrica's 2026 Annual General Meeting). A further update on his successor will be provided in due course. In the meantime, Nathan's current responsibilities with Centrica remain unchanged.
