("Revolution Beauty", the "Group" or the "Company")
Director dealings
Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, has been notified that Matthew Eatough, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares").
Matthew purchased 404,563 Ordinary shares on 30 June 2023 at a price of 31.93p per Ordinary Share. In addition, Matthew also purchased 23,575 Ordinary Shares on 3 July 2023 at a price of 30.96p and 71,864 Ordinary Shares on 4 July 2023 at a price of 31.89p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, he now holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company.
