Such Ordinary Shares will be transferred for no consideration and remain solely beneficially owned by Leo Koot. Accordingly, Leo Koot's total holding in the Company will remain unchanged at 159,090,909 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
