5 November 2025 Hercules plc ("Hercules" or "the Company") Director Dealing Hercules plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors, announces that it has been informed of a share dealing by Martin Tedham, a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Tedham has an extensive business background, including the successfully launch of his own business which he later expanded and sold to a multi-national company. Mr Tedham later bought his former employer's business Wasdell Group, the Swindon-based packaging firm. He turned that business around, increasing turnover from under £2 million to over £65 million within ten years. Mr Tedham joined the Board of Hercules in September 2024, after acquiring £5 million of shares in the Company. On 31 October 2025, Mr Tedham purchased a total of 56,004 ordinary shares at a price of 35.7 pence per ordinary share.
