19 February 2025   Shearwater Group PLC ("Shearwater", or the "Group") Director dealing   Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that on 18 February 2025 Philip Higgins, Chief Executive Officer, effected a  transfer of an aggregate of 114,284 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal account to  ISA accounts controlled by himself (57,142 Ordinary Share purchase) and his wife, Mrs Lauren Higgins (57,142 Ordinary Share purchase). The disposal element of the transfer took place at a price of 35.0p per share and the new shares were acquired at a price of 35.025p per share. Following these transactions,  Mr Higgins beneficially interest remains unchanged at  2,649,349 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
