APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Robert Walters, the global recruitment specialist, is pleased to announce today
the appointment of Andrew Kemp as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with
immediate effect. Andrew is currently Director of HR at Rentokil Initial plc.
