APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Henry Boot PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Gunston FRICS
as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st December 2006.
Michael has recently retired as the Chief Surveyor of The British Land Company
PLC, where he has worked for 31 years.
