The premises, which together comprise approximately 2,200 sqm, are located in the property Björken 8 , which will be fully let from autumn 2026. Björken 8 is an office property located in central Falun, a short walk from the travel centre, the central station and the city centre. Bonnier News has signed a five-year green lease agreement for approximately 770 sqm of fully renovated office space on the third floor, with occupancy scheduled for September 2026. WSP is already a tenant in the property, and its premises of approximately 1,500 sqm will be upgraded to include, among other things, larger social areas as well as focus and meeting rooms. WSP has signed an eight-year green lease. "The commitments from Bonnier News and WSP enable us to take a significant step forward in the development of the property.
