On Friday, September 4, 2015, DIBZ International Inc. executed a Memorandum of Understanding acquiring 100% of the equity of American Retail Alliance, Corp (“ARA”) while assuming approximately $132,000 of unsecured liabilities. Simultaneously, DIBZ added Brett Phillips, CEO & President of ARA, to its board of directors.

American Retail Alliance, Corp. is engaged in the sale and marketing of various consumer products in the United States through various vendors, independent pharmacies, and product catalogs. The Company’s compiled unaudited financial statements reports gross revenues of approximately $450,000 and $1,000,000 for fiscal year end 2013 and 2014, respectively. ARA was founded in 2005 and is based in Belleair Bluffs, Florida.
