Pursuant to provision of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and "Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd.''s Code of Conduct for Insiders'', the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated Persons (as defined in the Code) including their immediate relatives, with effect from 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025.
