Information on the existing duration of service of the signing auditorsEY audited the Annual Financial Statements, including the accounting and the Combined Management Report for the Annual and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 2025 and issued in each case an unqualified audit opinion on March 9, 2026. The audit opinions were signed jointly by the auditors Mr. Schreiber and Mr. Rothermel (see also pages XVI and 611 of the Annual Report 2025). Mr. Schreiber and Mr. Rothermel signed the audit opinions for the Annual Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements for the first time for the financial year 2025.
