Swaraj Shares and Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors of SER Industries Ltd ("Target Company") in relation to the Open Offer ("Offer") to the Public Shareholders of Target Company under the provisions of Regulation 26(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and Subsequent Amendments thereto ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations").
