MAS Services Limited (OLD RTA) and M/s. Nivis Corpserve LLP (NEW RTA) on June 20, 2026 with respect to RTA services.4) To consider and approve the quarterly and year to date Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th day of June, 2026.5) To consider and approve the Limited Review Report on the quarterly and year to date Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th day of June, 2026.6) To consider, discuss and approve any other business with the permission of the Chairman.
