Defentect Signs Partnership With Motorola
NORFOLK, CT — May 11, 2026 — Defentect Group, Inc. (OTC: DFTC), a technology company
specializing in advanced event detection, sensor management, and emergency response
solutions, announced today that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Motorola
Solutions, a California-based provider of AI control and verification systems.
The agreement brings Motorola’s Avigilon and Pelco products and services into Defentect’s
proprietary event management and emergency notification system. The combined solution
enhances real-time verification of AI-generated conclusions drawn from expert systems that
use AI. The combination adds another feature set to the Defentect offering.
Defentect’s systems integrate sensors used to detect security and operational events,
including intrusion alerts, environmental conditions, and other threat indicators. Its previously
announced combined Kyvoo assist® and SmartBoitier® platform provides real-time visibility,
analytics, and actionable intelligence across complex facilities and mission-critical
infrastructure. With the addition of Avigilon and Pelco, the combined solution enables
customers to identify anomalies in their security network rapidly, coordinate intelligent
response workflows, and issue event-specific emergency notifications across distributed
environments with the additional layer of confidence brought by the Kyvoo integration.
The Motorola partnership strengthens Defentect’s position in the expanding AI, IoT, and
physical security market.
