Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR)Regulations,2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Deco Mica Limited, at its meeting held today i.e.17th August,2026 have1.Considered and approved the 38th Notice of AGM of the Company2.Considered and approved the Director''s Report with all the Annexures for the F.Y.2025-263.Considered and approved M/S Govil Rathi & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for the Purpose of ensuing 38th AGM of the Company4.The Board considered and approved the closure of the Register of Members of the Company from Wednesday, 09th September, 2026 to Tuesday,15th September, 2026(both days inclusive) for the purpose of the ensuing 38th AGM of the Company5.The Board further approved Tuesday,08th September,2026 as the Cut-off Date for determining the eligibility of Members entitled to participate in the remote e-voting facility and to vote at the 38th AGM of the Company
