Death of Non-Executive Director
Anpario plc regrets to announce the death of its non-executive director, Tim Pollock, who joined the company in August 2023. Mr. Pollock also served as chairman of the Remuneration Committee and was a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees. The Board expressed its deep condolences to his family and acknowledged his appreciated contributions over the past three years, drawing on his industry knowledge.
