Declaration of regular cash dividend to all Common Share stockholders of the Corporation.

Background/Description of the Disclosure

The Board of Directors approved today, August 15, 2022, a Regular Cash Dividend to the Common Shareholders in the gross amount of P486,671,978.12 or P0.0272990 per share.

The regular dividends will be paid to all Common Shareholders on record as of August 31, 2022 and will be paid on September 26, 2022.
