Châtillon, France, June 3, 2026 DBV Technologies Announces the Results of its 2026 Combined General Meeting Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions DBV Technologies (Euronext: DBV – ISIN: FR0010417345 – Nasdaq Stock Market: DBVT), a late stage biopharmaceutical company (the “ Company ”), held its Combined General Meeting (the “ General Meeting ”).
