First Quarter 2026 and Recent Highlights 2026 Business Framework Following significant progress with the Company’s strategic plan and the transformational acquisition, Data I/O is providing an update to its business framework for 2026 and is addressing its second quarter results. The update is solely based on organic growth and the consolidation of anticipated results for the acquisition in the second half of 2026, assuming the closing occurs after June 30, 2026. Additional inorganic initiatives may be incremental to the framework provided herein.
