29th April 2026 Lagos, Nigeria DANGOTE SUGAR REFINERY PLC - OUTCOME OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc ("the Company") wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Board of Directors held its meeting on Tuesday, 28th April 2026, during which the Board considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements (UAFS) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2026.
Consequently, the UAFS will be published on 30th April 2026 and the Closed Period that commenced on 1st April 2026 will remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the filing of the Unaudited Financial Statements on the NGX Issuers' Portal.
No insider of the Company and their connected persons may deal directly or indirectly in the securities of the Company during the Closed Period.
