25th February, 2026 Lagos, Nigeria DANGOTE SUGAR REFINERY PLC -OUTCOME OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc ("the Company") wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Board of Directors held its meeting on Tuesday, 24th February 2026, during which the Board considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements (AFS) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st December 2025.
Consequently, the AFS will be published on or before 1st March 2026 and the Closed Period that commenced on 1st January 2026 will remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the filing of the Audited Financial Statements on the NGX Issuers' Portal.
No insider of the Company and their connected persons may deal directly or indirectly in the securities of the Company during the Closed Period.
