Tokyo, Japan - Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited (TSE: 4568; hereafter 'the Company') today announced that it has rescheduled the announcement of consolidated financial results for year ended March 31, 2026 , originally scheduled for April 27, 2026 . Reasons for Change The Company had been preparing to announce its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 on April 27, 2026 ; however, as additional time is required to finalize the financial figures, the Company has decided to change the announcement date. The primary reason for the change is that the Company is currently reviewing the supply plans for its oncology products portfolio and development pipeline in light of rapidly changing business conditions. As a result, additional deliberation is required to reasonably estimate the amount of loss provisions to be recorded in connection with contracts with contract manufacturers. In addition, regarding the announcement of the 5-year Business Plan (FY2026 - FY2030), scheduled for May 19, 2026 , the Company has determined that presenting the financial results and the upcoming 5- year Business Plan together on the same date would be the most appropriate approach to enable investors and other participants in the financial markets to make informed investment decisions. Accordingly, the announcement of the 5-year Business Plan has been rescheduled to coincide with the financial results announcement.
