Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors (the 'Board') of the Company held today, 31st August, 2026, commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 2:00 PM has inter alia considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements and its Limited Review Report for the Financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. The said Audited Financial Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board.
