RENEWAL OF THE "EQUALITY EMPLOYER" CERTIFICATION FOR 2025-2029 FOR THE CTC GROUP
The CTC Group has renewed its certification as an "Equality Employer" from the National Certification Body for the Implementation of Good Practices in Gender Equality in the Working Environment, once again confirming its ongoing commitment to the implementation of a comprehensive system for promoting equality across all its operations. The renewed certification is valid for four (4) years, until 2029.
The "Equality Employer" certification focuses on the implementation of a comprehensive system of promoting gender equality in the workplace, in all areas of the Group's activities. As part of the evaluation process, the CTC Group was assessed, among other things, on the practices it applies in areas such as recruitment, promotions, professional training, performance evaluation, equal pay, work-life balance, as well as the prevention and handling of harassment incidents.
The CTC Group officially received the "Equality Employer" certification at an award ceremony, which took place on 11 December 2025.
The official certification of gender equality in the workplace contributes to the creation of a just society, in which everyone participates on an equal basis and has the opportunity to reach his/her full potential, as noted in the relevant Guide
of the Labour Relations Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance. It also ranks CTC Group among the organisations considered as role models based on their work environment and renders it an employer of choice for all those who choose to work in an organisation with people at its core.
