(2)If the quantity of outstanding common shares are affected due to
execution of conversion rights by holders of the convertible corporate
bonds, employee's exercise of subscription right, and repurchase of shares
by the company, and thereby causes changes in shareholder's dividend
distribution ratio, it shall be proposed to authorize Chairman to make
adjustment with full authority.
