CUTIX Plc – notification of leadership changes

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Cutix Plc (the "Company") wishes to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited, our shareholders, and the investing public of the departure of Mrs. Ijeoma Oduonye and Mr. Chidi Onwudiwe from the Company and their respective roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 5, 2026.

The Board of Directors acknowledges their period of service and their respective contributions to the Company during their time with the organization.

The process for the appointment of substantive Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer is currently underway. In the interim, the Board has appointed the following individuals in an acting capacity:

1. Mrs. Uchechukwu Igbokwe as the Acting Chief Executive Officer pending the appointment of a substantive Chief Executive Officer.

   Mrs. Uchechukwu Igbokwe is the Assistant General Manager and Head of Strategy and Planning in the Office of the Chief Executive Officer at Cutix Plc. She is an experienced management professional with extensive expertise in planning, administration and organizational development. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Oko and is currently pursuing her postgraduate studies at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam. Mrs. Igbokwe is also a Certified Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems and an Associate of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).

   She joined Cutix Plc in 1992 and has built a distinguished career within the organization, having served as Head of several strategic units and departments including Enterprise Assurance, Commercial, Finance, Administration, Anuka Plant, and Human Resources. Her broad cross-functional experience has contributed significantly to operational effectiveness and corporate performance.

   Mrs. Igbokwe has attended several professional development programmes, including executive courses organized by Lagos Business School in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Interpersonal Skills. She also participated in training on Complete Manager: Developing Competencies for Organizational Triumph organized by Tom Associates. Through her extensive experience and professional development, Mrs. Igbokwe continues to play a key role in shaping strategy, strengthening organizational capacity, and supporting the achievement of corporate objectives at Cutix Plc.

2. Mrs. Uche Okonkwo as the Acting Chief Financial Officer pending the appointment of a substantive CFO.

Mrs. Uche Okonkwo is a Chartered Accountant and an accomplished finance professional currently serving at Cutix Plc. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. With several years of professional experience in accounting and financial management, Mrs. Okonkwo has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate financial administration. Her professional career demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of financial accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency.

In her current capacity, Mrs. Okonkwo is expected to leverage her professional knowledge and experience to strengthen the organization's financial reporting processes, ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and support effective corporate financial management in line with best industry practices.
